1) Investigation Service – £24
To attend the property in order to carry out a visual investigation only.
2) CCTV Drain Survey – £150
To attend the property in order to carry out a CCTV Drain Survey.
3) Domestic Drain Unblocking Services – £198
To attend the property and to carry out drain unblocking services. This might be carried out in the form of drain rodding, cleaning our debris from the drain by hand or manual tools, using high pressure water drain jetting equipment or other drain unblocking equipment.
The investigation fee is paid in addition to the drain unblocking services fee.
4) Toilet Removal and drain unblocking services – £420
To attend the property and to carry out Toilet Removal & drain unblocking services.
5) To carry out an excavation up to 1 meter in depth and 1 meter length. This might be to replace a section of drainage pipe, uncover a hidden manhole and to reinstate the manhole or exploratory work to establish what the issue is affecting the drainage system is charged at £1,500.
6) Gully Replacement - £1,500
7) Sonar Drain Trace - £420
8) Additional excavation work. Each additional 500mm in depth and length after the initial contract of excavation work at £600.
9) Gaining access into soil stack and carrying out a localised patch repair £102
10) Additional drain lining work. For each 500mm length of drain liner installed after the initial contract of work will be charged at charged at £600.
Please note that the prices listed above are subject to change. McCann Services Ltd trading as Drain Unblocking Services reserves the right to change the price of the services listed above. In all situations a fixed price will be given prior to any work being undertaken for the specification of work. Above prices are domestic rates, as commercial properties can attract a slight premium, which will be confirmed prior to any work commencing. Some postcode areas do attract a premium to be added to the above prices as well due to the travel needed by our engineers.
The 10% Discount
The 10% discount will only be applicable if there has been no discount already applied to the job.
It is the customers responsibility to bring it to our attention before the payment is made to apply the 10% discount as no request for a refund can be made at a later date.
Terms & Conditions
There will be a 30-day period which will include a free call back visit should the blockage reoccur again on the same drainage line that was initially unblocked. Should this blockage reoccur after the 30-day period, then there will be a charge to reattend the property in order to carry out drain unblocking or surveying services. If there have been any faults found within the drainage system, then this will void the 30-day guarantee. Drain Repairs - 12 Month Guarantee, Terms and Conditions 12 Month Guarantee is applicable to structural repair work only. Disclaimer - the Provider does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the activity. In consideration for your participation in said activity, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge the provider and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the activity. This release extends and applies to, and covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damage, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. Releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby waived. I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to the indemnify the provider and its officers, boards and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the activity. It is further understood and agreed that said participation in the activity is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by the provider, its officers, board, end employees, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which the provider, its officers, board and employees, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the parade participant.
